We had a wood fireplace insert removed and a gas fireplace installed in its place by RE MacDonald. The entire process was perfect. Matthew came out initially and provided us with options available to us. our appointment was booked. Jerret came out and completed the removal of the old and the installation of the new. Both Matthew and Jarret were very knowledgeable and helpful and answered the questions we had. We couldn't be happier! THANK YOU!!!

Went to the show room and met Liz who answered our questions and showed us the various options to choose. We had 3 fireplaces to upgrade/replace so Jason came out for an onsite evaluation. He was excellent and subsequently sent a proposal which we accepted. The next step was for Eric and Jarrett to arrive for the installation a couple of weeks later. I cannot say enough good things about how smoothly and professionally the installation went. We are very happy with our new fireplaces. This is a picture of one of them.

We had a split AC system installed in our home. The MacDonald team of Clint and Dennis did an incredible job of planning and executing the project. Rainbow Electric the sub trade was equally as impressive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or choice of a company.

We had a heat pump system designed and installed by R.E. MacDonald Stoves & Stones Ltd., and the experience was excellent.

Thank you to Clint, Dennis, Lorne, and Gurdit for your professionalism, knowledge, diligence, and accommodating service. The team worked together efficiently, the installation was well organized, and the quality of the workmanship was outstanding.

Highly recommend!

Just had our fireplace retiled. Great experience. Jason, Tom and Randy were extremely professional, patient and meticulous. Jason had great ideas and came over to ensure we understood the job and timeline. Tom was meticulous and came to recheck things after the completion. Randy was on time and did a great job on the mantel. Timeline was only two weeks from entering the store to completion. I would highly recommend this company and their very professional employees.
